Terms of Use

1. What the Site is

The Site describes Lykido's advisory and consulting services and provides a small number of working tools: a contact form, a careers section where you can apply for an open position, a booking page for scheduling a meeting with us, and a client portal where clients review, sign, and pay for documents we share with them. Some areas require an invitation or a link we send you.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for its intended purposes: learning about Lykido, contacting us, applying for a position, booking a meeting, and, if you are a client, working with the documents we share with you.

You agree not to:

• access or attempt to access any part of the Site you have not been given access to, including another client's portal or documents;
• probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation;
• submit false, misleading, or automated content through any form on the Site;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the Site;
• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

We may limit, suspend, or end your access to the Site at any time if we believe these terms have been violated.

3. Accounts and links we send you

Parts of the Site are reached through links or credentials we issue to a specific person. Those are for that person only. Do not forward a document link, a signing link, or a portal login to anyone else. You are responsible for activity that happens through a link or login issued to you until you tell us it has been compromised.

4. Electronic signatures and documents

When you sign a document through the Site, you agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one, and you consent to receiving the related records electronically. We keep a record of the signed document, the time of signing, and the technical details of the session (such as the network address and browser used) as evidence of the signature. Those records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy and are not altered after signing.

5. Careers applications

When you apply for a position, you confirm that the information and materials you submit are accurate and are yours to share. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or an obligation on our part to respond, interview, or hire. We may decline an application without stating a reason.

6. Content on the Site

The text, graphics, logos, and other material on the Site belong to Lykido or are used with permission. You may view the Site and keep a personal copy of pages for reference. You may not republish, reproduce, or use Site content commercially without our written permission. Lykido, the Lykido wordmark, and the Lykido logo are trademarks of Lykido Applied Intelligence, LLC.

Documents we share with a client through the portal are provided for that client's use under the agreement that governs the engagement, not under a general license.

7. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services to operate, such as hosting, email delivery, calendar scheduling, and document storage. Links on the Site may lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. No professional advice

Material on the Site is general information about our services and our point of view. It is not legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for an engagement in which we study your specific situation.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we make no warranty, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lykido will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not change the liability terms of any signed agreement between you and Lykido.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Lykido harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to the Site and to these terms

We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these terms. When we do, we will post the revised terms here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

14. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Lykido about the Site. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
